(a) Free professional quality leadership assessment for each church:
This survey will utilize the proprietary Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) assessment tool which will be made available free of charge to all participating church leaders and members. This survey will provide each church with a better understanding of the unique qualities that their specific members look for in their pastoral leaders.
(b) Enhancing leadership development across Asian American churches and communities: This survey will provide extremely valuable insights into our broader, collective perspective of what an effective leader looks like in Asian American churches. This survey will also enable us to identify the "common denominator" leadership qualities that are desired in leaders throughout the broader Asian American community.
