The Asian American Leadership Center is a 501(c)(3) faith-based, ministry consulting and missionary organization.

Our mission is to empower Asian Americans for life and leadership in service to God and others.

Our vision is to establish leadership communities that will support local churches, start new outreach ministries, and serve alongside community organizations to address the spiritual and social needs of Asian Americans in their local communities.  Our hope is that by meeting the spiritual and social needs of Asian Americans, we can inspire and equip more people to grow to their full potential, and to live their lives for Jesus Christ.

Our two-fold focus includes empowering and equipping

0. Existing church and ministry leaders in their current ministries by providing strategic planning and consulting, and
   
   
0. Emerging and entrepreneurial leaders in their efforts to start new churches and ministries by providing coaching and an organizational platform from which to launch their ministries.
